Red Bull approached us to help them bring the sport of Drift into a downtown environment whilst also eliminating the need for judges. The end result was a 100% automated, pinball inspired, 200m long drift course, bang smack in down town Auckland. The road was closed at 10pm on Friday night and we had until 8am the following morning to have the entire venue complete. With 12 world class drivers and approximately 20,000 people in attendance, the 3 hour event went down as a global first.
